After earning his Business Management degree from Hofstra University, Mike discovered his passion for sales and service while working in his family’s restaurants—an experience that instilled in him the fundamentals of hospitality and customer care.

In 2010, Mike set his sights on a new challenge in the payroll industry, driven by his hospitality-first approach and dedication to relationship-building.
